1. Eligibility: Rumba® Meats Grocery Giveaway (“Sweepstakes”) is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States (including District of Columbia) and Puerto Rico who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry. Employees of Cargill Meat Solutions Corporation and its parent and affiliate companies, suppliers and the immediate family and household members of each such employee are not eligible. Eligibility is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited. Participation constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and Sponsor and administrator’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the sweepstakes. Eligibility is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.

3. Timing: The Sweepstakes begins on January 16, 2012at 12:00 a.m. Central Daylight Time ("CDT") and ends on March 15, 2012 at 11:59 p.m. CDT (the "Promotion Period"). For purposes of the Sweepstakes, a day begins at 12:00 a.m. CDT and ends at 11:59 p.m. CDT on the same calendar day. Administrator’s computer is the official time keeping device for the Sweepstakes.
4. How to Enter:
a. On-line Sweepstakes Entry
During the Promotion Period, visit www.rumbameats.com (“Web site”) and follow the on-screen instructions to enter or visit Rumba® Meats fan page on Facebook,access the entry formbyclicking, “Like” Rumba® Meats, and then follow the on-screen instructions to enter. Send questions to sweepstakes@rumbameats.com. Each entry per person/valid e-mail address constitutes one (1) Sweepstakes entry. If you are a winner of a Sweepstakes prize, a return e-mail message that you receive after the Promotion Period ends will contain detailed prize claim instructions. All entrants must have a valid e-mail address to enter. Each person may only use one (1) e-mail address to participate in this Sweepstakes, and such e-mail address may only be used by one person regardless of whether the e-mail address is shared by two or more people. Limit: each entrant may submit only one (1) Sweepstakes Entry during the Promotion Period, per person/valid-email address. Facebook is not a sponsor and or affiliated with this Sweepstakes and is not liable for any losses, injuries, or damages of any kind resulting from acceptance of prize and/or participation of this Sweepstakes.Participant is providing information to Cargill Meat Solutions Corporation and not Facebook.
b. Other Restrictions on Entries
All potential winners are subject to verification before any prize will be awarded. Limit: Each entrant may submit only one (1) Sweepstakes Entry, per person/valid e-mail address during the Promotion Period. Multiple entries are not permitted. Any attempt by any entrant to enter more than onceby using multiple/different e-mail address to enter this Sweepstakes will void that entrant's eligibility and that entrant will be disqualified. Use of any automated system to participate is prohibited and will result in disqualification. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible or misdirected registrations, which will be disqualified. In the event of a dispute as to any entry, the authorized account holder of the e-mail account used to enter will be deemed to be the entrant. The "authorized account holder" of the e-mail account is the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an internet access provider, service provider, or online organization responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address.
5. By entering and providing the required registration information, the entrant acknowledges that Sponsor may send future promotional e-mail messages. Entrant may OPT-OUT from those e-mail messages at any time by following the instructions provided in such e-mail messages.
6. ALL POTENTIAL WINNERS ARE SUBJECT TO VERIFICATION BY SPONSOR OR ADMINISTRATOR, WHOSE DECISIONS ARE FINAL AND BINDING IN ALL MATTERS RELATED TO THE SWEEPSTAKES. AN ENTRANT IS NOT A WINNER OF ANY PRIZE, EVEN IF THE SWEEPSTAKES SHOULD SO INDICATE, UNLESS AND UNTIL ENTRANT’S ELIGIBILITY, AND THE POTENTIAL SWEEPSTAKES WINNERS HAVE BEEN VERIFIED AND ENTRANT HAS BEEN NOTIFIED THAT VERIFICATION IS COMPLETE. SPONSOR WILL NOT ACCEPT SCREEN SHOTS OR OTHER EVIDENCE OF WINNING IN LIEU OF ITS VALIDATION PROCESS. ANY ENTRY THAT OCCURS AFTER THE SYSTEM HAS FAILED FOR ANY REASON IS DEEMED A DEFECTIVE ENTRY AND IS VOID AND WILL NOT BE HONORED.
7. Sweepstakes Prize Selection and Verification of Potential Winners: All selected potential winners must comply with all terms and conditions of these Official Rules, and all winnings are contingent upon fulfilling all requirements. Administrator is an independent judging organization whose decisions as to the administration and operation of the Sweepstakes and the selection of potential winners are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes. There will be one (1)Grand Prize winner during the Promotion Period. Odds of winning a Sweepstakes prize depend on the number of eligible Sweepstakes entries.All potential winners will be notified by phone and/or e-mail message provided at time of entry. If a potential winner cannot be contacted, or fails to return fulfillment forms and affidavit within seven (7) business days of first attempted notification, potential winner forfeits prize. In the event that a potential winner is disqualified for any reason, Sponsor will award the applicable prize to an alternate winner by random drawing from among all remaining eligible entries. There will be three (3) alternate drawings after which the applicable prize will remain un-awarded. Prizes will be fulfilled by May 24, 2012.
8. Prize: ONE (1) $500 CASH PRIZE:Terms and conditions of Sweepstakes apply. Odds of winning a Sweepstakes prize depend on the number of eligible Sweepstakes entries. No cash or other substitution, assignment or transfer of any prizes permitted, except by Sponsor, who reserves the right to substitute a prize or prize component with cash or another prize of comparable or greater value. Winner is responsible for all federal, state and local taxes and fees associated with prize receipt and/or use. Prize will be awarded "as is" with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied offered by Sponsor.
9. Release: By receipt of any prize, winner agrees to release and hold harmless Sponsor, Cargill Meat Solutions Corporation, Facebook, and their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers, distributors, advertising/promotion agencies and each of their respective parent companies and each such company’s officers, directors, employees and agents (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from and against any claim or cause of action, including, but not limited to, personal injury, death, or damage to or loss of property, arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use or misuse of any prize.
10. Publicity: Except where prohibited, participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes winner’s consent to Sponsor’s and its agents’ use of winner’s name, likeness, photograph, voice, opinions and/or hometown and state for promotional purposes in any media, worldwide, without further payment or consideration.
11. General Conditions: Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend and/or modify the Sweepstakes, or any part of it, if any fraud, technical failures or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. In such event, Sponsor reserves the right to award the prizes at random from among the eligible entries received up to the time of the impairment. Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules or any other promotion or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Any attempt by any person to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and, should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.
12. Limitations of Liability: The Released Parties are not responsible for: (1) any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by entrants, printing errors or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes; (2) technical failures of any kind, including, but not limited to malfunctions, interruptions, or disconnections in cellular networks, phone lines, internet connection or network hardware or software; (3) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Sweepstakes; (4) technical or human error which may occur in the administration of the Sweepstakes or the processing of entries; or (5) any injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant’s participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use or misuse of any prize. If for any reason an entrant's entry is confirmed to have been erroneously deleted, lost, or otherwise destroyed or corrupted, entrant’s sole remedy is to submit another Sweepstakes entry, provided that if it is not possible toaward another entry due to discontinuance of the Sweepstakes, or any part of it, for any reason, Sponsor, at its discretion, may elect to hold a random drawing from among all eligible entries received up to the date of discontinuance for the prize offered herein. No more than the stated number of prizes will be awarded. In the event that production, technical, seeding, programming or any other reasons cause more than the stated number of prizes as set forth in these Official Rules to be available and/or claimed, Sponsor reserves the right to award only the stated number of prizes by a random drawing among all legitimate, unawarded, eligible prize claims.
13. Disputes: Except where prohibited, entrant agrees that: (1) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with the Sweepstakes or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action; (2) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering the Sweepstakes, but in no event attorneys’ fees; and (3) under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, indirect, punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of participants and the Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Kansas, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules or provisions (whether of the State of Kansas or any other jurisdiction) that could cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of Kansas.

15. Conflicts: In the event that there is a conflict between these Rumba®Meats Grocery Giveaway Official Rules and Facebook’s Promotion Guidelines in effect on the last day of the Promotion Period, Facebook’s Promotion Guidelines shall prevail.
